Is TRADINGWITHKAY a broker? ⌄

No. TRADINGWITHKAY is an education, signals and community platform — not a broker. You trade through your own account with a regulated broker such as Exness or Deriv; we never hold your funds.

Can I lose money? ⌄

Yes. Trading forex, gold, oil and crypto carries a high level of risk, and past performance is never a guarantee of future results. Signals, Kairos AI and copy trading are tools to support your decisions, not a promise of profit.

Does Kairos trade for me? ⌄

No, not by default. Kairos is a market analysis tool — it studies price action and surfaces potential setups. Trades only reach your account if you've separately opted in: via Kairos's own auto-execution on a connected Deriv account, Copy Trading, or Account Management. Nothing trades on your account without that explicit opt-in, and Account Management never has withdrawal access to your funds.
